Refund policy

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your GRIME LABS products. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

  • Time Frame: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (cleaning tablets).
  • Process: Contact support@grimelabs.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide a return label (for eligible returns).
  • Refund: Full refund (minus original shipping) issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos—we'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
